Sometimes life happens so fast, that the kaleidoscope of memories seems to change so rapidly, that the impressions of the events we live seem to overlap. It’s exactly the feeling I presented in my analogue photo series ‘Multiplicity’ you can see below. No filters, photoshop or any other form of a photography postproduction was applied here, all is just a pure analogue game from my old school analogue Canon.
The photos show the multiplicity of my memories from last summer when I have travelled so often, that the two spheres – my Berlin life and exploring nature around Europe, created a colourful, sometimes overwhelming mix. Exactly as the camera has captured it. They were take in Liguria, Italy, Croatia, Lanzarote and in my Berlin office.
The photo technique where several pictures are combined on one is called double exposure. I decided to bring it to the next level and make an even more complicated version – a triple exposure. How do you like the effect of my experiment?
